I did an online purchase, called in about 5 minutes after to ask how long and they were working on it right away. My wife got the arrangement that I purchased and it looked exactly what I purchased. The arrangements are so beautiful and look exactly what is advertised. They were very respectful and kind. Thank you, I highly recommend this place. They do deserve a 5 star out of ALL Santa Maria. I found my permanent florist and I’ve been trying different ones for 20+ years.

We ordered a sympathy arrangement late in the day for next-day delivery, and The Flower Carriage went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly accommodating on such short notice and still created a beautiful, thoughtful arrangement that exceeded our expectations. The flowers were gorgeous! I ordered them from out of state for my mom’s birthday and even with a short notice they were able to deliver on her birthday. They even accommodated for my mom’s allergy to lillies and substituted for another flower. Great service and beautiful flowers! :)

Timelines changed, and I had to get a same-day delivery (after lunch). They did a great job with the bouquet and the delivery - getting the flowers delivered in the correct place and surprising my wife while I'm here in Arizona.
