I ordered a flower decoration online, my Mother loved it.

I did an online purchase, called in about 5 minutes after to ask how long and they were working on it right away. My wife got the arrangement that I purchased and it looked exactly what I purchased. The arrangements are so beautiful and look exactly what is advertised. They were very respectful and kind. Thank you, I highly recommend this place. They do deserve a 5 star out of ALL Santa Maria. I found my permanent florist and I’ve been trying different ones for 20+ years.

We ordered a sympathy arrangement late in the day for next-day delivery, and The Flower Carriage went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly accommodating on such short notice and still created a beautiful, thoughtful arrangement that exceeded our expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly showed. We are so grateful for their help during a difficult time and highly recommend them.

Did an amazing job! Customer service was amazing! I made a mistake in putting the wrong address on accident for delivery and they had the driver go back to try to get the flowers back to re-deliver. Super helpful!

You guys went over and above! From the time I ordered to the time you delivered was 4 hours. That is outstanding! I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get my mother-in-law her birthday flowers to her on her special day, but you made that possible, and the bouquet was just as beautiful as what was shown on your website!

The flowers were gorgeous! I ordered them from out of state for my mom’s birthday and even with a short notice they were able to deliver on her birthday. They even accommodated for my mom’s allergy to lillies and substituted for another flower. Great service and beautiful flowers! :)

I saw the Vision of Beauty and it took me back to a cruise we had gone on to Tahiti. We had purchased flowers off the ship that were just as beautiful as these.

My recipient sent a photo and the arrangement was just as pictured. Would be a great touch to service if shop sent a photo prior to delivery. When ordering flowers online it is always nice to see the end product. I did call the shop after a confusing email and the young woman was very helpful and kind.
