Our delivery policy Guarantees same -day delivery, Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. On Saturday delivery runs from 10:30 to 3:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays. Deliveries cover Santa Maria and surrounding areas, including Guadalupe, Nipomo, Arroyo Grande, Lompoc, Los Alamos, Santa Ynez. Additional delivery charges apply outside the Santa Maria area.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
