This was a last minute order and Ms. Cardel didn't hesitate to make it happen, but at the last minute I discovered the person receiving the flowers wasn't going to be home for 3 days. So I called her again, asking her to delay the delivery. She was so gracious and happy to accommodate me. Now that is customer service!!!
